Volunteers are the heart and soul of Habitat for Humanity Knox County. Habitat homes are built primarily by volunteers. We depend on volunteers who are willing to support low-income, hardworking families build lasting, sustainable futures.
Whether you’re an individual, corporate team, community/faith-based group, or just a handful of friends, there are many different ways for you to volunteer. And you don’t need to have any particular skill-set. We’ll show you what to do!
Our volunteer build days are typically Wednesday and Saturday. We build year-round. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old in order to volunteer on the construction site.
